I just wanted to write and tell you how impressed I am by your excellent service. It must be at least 5 years ago that Peter Joans of Sloane Square put me in touch with Tablewhere, as the pattern I was after was no loger available. I gave you details of what I required and filed my notes away. So it was with surprise and astonishment that I received a phonecall from Charity last week, and the plates I chose have arrived safely. I call that first class efficiency, and Charity was so pleasant and helpful during two phonecalls. I also think your brochure is very well laid out, and the instructions are clear.

Sadly in this day and age when you need something inevitably when making a call you are met with the options answer phone which some how always brings you back to where you started half an hour later. Last week I had the opportunity to encounter my first experience with your company, my telephone enquiry was handled by a young lady called Yvonne, she was polite without being pushy and professional with a great sense of humour which instantly put me at my ease considering the industry you are in, which at times I'm sure you will agree can be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I have found this myself during the past 2 weeks looking for pieces for an end of the line China Service, which has brought frustration at times to say the least.
Rarely these days is good service acknowledged and people are too busy these days to write in unless they want to moan about something.
The bottom line is, Yvonne did a great job and had excellent knowledge which made a whole lot of difference, the items came well packaged and just as described. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to my friends and family. My first experience with yourselves left me feeling good about my decision to do business with you. Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to say a very big 'THANKYOU' for the help and prompt service that I have received from you. I really had thought that my chances of adding to my Royal Doulton Dinner Service impossible, particularly as it was discontinued quite some time ago, until a shop assistant recommended that I try www.tablewhere.co.uk. I logged on to your website and still couldn't see the pattern that I was looking for, but thought what the heck, I've nothing to lose and everything to gain by just typing in what I wanted.
The surprise was that I received a phone call from Yvonne telling me that you did have exactly what I wanted - Royal Doulton Carnation, Platter,
Lidded Serving Dishes x 2 and Gravy Boat and Plate.
It arrived today (Thursday) and I am so pleased with these items and the service that I received. THANKYOU!

Hello,
I just wish to thank you for your excellent reference service which has kept track over a very long period of time of my need to have a replacement Teapot for my Coalport Revelry Dinner , Tea and Coffee service. Unfortunately a leak developed at the base of the spout of the Teapot. The original service bought many, many years ago, was the pride of my late wife Cathie who passed away just over ten years ago. As I am now nearly 80, a couple of years or so ago I thought that if I could find a replacement for the teapot for what was in all other respects an otherwise mint service , I would be able to give it to my son and his wife who live in the United States.
I contacted Tablewhere, and although you could not locate one at the time, you kept me on your records and contacted me from time to time to see if I was still searching.
It was therefore a very pleasant surprise to receive a phone call from you last week to tell me that at long last a teapot was available. It has arrived today, so I shall now be able to give the service to my family which I know will please them. I have yet to figure out how to deal with the problem of shipping it out to them.
A final word of appreciation for the courteous and extremely efficient ladies who dealt with a small delivery problem for me. It is so pleasant when dealing with people who know their business, and put themselves out to help us.
